- How much does the audit cost?
- Nothing. The on-site AV/production audit is free, and there is no obligation to do anything else with me afterward. You keep the written report either way.
- What areas do you serve?
- Reno and Sparks primarily, plus Carson City, Fernley, and the surrounding northern Nevada area.
- How soon will I hear back?
- Within 24 to 48 hours. I will call or email you to find a time that works for your team.
- Is our church too small for this?
- No. I work with churches from under 50 people to over 500. The whole approach is built around volunteer teams rather than paid production staff, so smaller churches are the normal case, not the exception.
- Do you cover sound, video, and lighting, or just one of them?
- All of it, including streaming and the cabling underneath. One person looks at the whole signal path, so there are no hand-offs between specialists and nothing falls through the gap between them.
- What happens after the audit?
- You get a written, prioritized report: what is solid, what is fragile, what to fix first, and what can wait. From there churches usually go one of two ways, either installation work if the system needs it, or volunteer team training if the team needs confidence. Ongoing fractional support is available either way.
- Will you tell us we need to buy a lot of new equipment?
- Not unless you actually do. The report separates what is working from what needs attention and what can wait, so you can budget against it. No packages you do not need, and no gear you will not use.
- Can you train our volunteers instead of doing everything yourself?
- Yes, that is the point of the training. I lead a volunteer Sight and Sound team every week, so the workshops are hands-on with your own gear and aim at your team's capability rather than dependence on me.
