Privacy policy
Last updated September 2026. This is a one-person consulting business, so this policy is short and describes exactly what happens.
What I collect
Only what you type into a booking form: your name, your email address and/or phone number, your church name, an attendance range, and whatever you write in the message box. Nothing on this site asks for payment details, and none of the fields are required beyond your name and one way to reach you.
Why I collect it
To reply to you and arrange a call or a visit. That is the only reason. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and I do not add you to a mailing list or send marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare R2, an object storage service that encrypts data at rest, and are readable only through a password-protected dashboard that only I can sign in to. Sending the confirmation email to you and the notification email to me is handled by Resend, an email delivery service, which processes your name and email address to deliver those messages.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and does not follow you across other websites. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not build a profile of individual visitors. Separately, this site keeps simple aggregate counts of things like how many people clicked a button or submitted a form. Those are counts only. They contain no names, no contact details, and nothing that identifies you.
If you pay an invoice
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on or seen by this site.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is a reasonable chance of working together, and after that only as long as they are useful as a record of past work. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and I will do it. There is no account to close and nothing to unsubscribe from.
Getting in touch
Use the booking form and say what you need in the message box. It reaches me directly.
