Do I have to pay to see my site?
No. I build the preview first and show it to you. You only pay if you want it.
How fast will my site be live?
Within a week of signing up, or your next month is free. If I need something only you can give me, like your logo or photos, the clock pauses until I have it.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Change your hours, services, photos and announcements from your dashboard. Changes show up in about a minute.
What if my card expires?
Add a backup card at signup so a billing hiccup never takes your site offline.
Can I cancel?
Yes, online from your dashboard. Your site stays up through the end of the month (or year) you've paid for.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A year costs 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Your setup fee is the same either way. Yearly payments aren't refundable.
Can I get a refund?
The setup fee and first month aren't refundable, and neither is yearly billing. After that, if you cancel a monthly plan, I'll refund the unused days of your current month. Just ask.
Who owns my domain?
You do. If you ever leave, I'll help you move it wherever you like at no charge.
