AV/Production Audit

A free, full on-site walkthrough of your audio, video, lighting, streaming, and cabling. I look at the whole signal path the way I’d want to inherit it, then hand you a written, prioritized report: what’s solid, what’s fragile, what to fix first, and what can wait.

  • Every system evaluated in one visit
  • Prioritized report you can budget against
  • Free, with no obligation to do anything else with me
Book an Audit

From the audit, churches usually go down one of two paths. Some need hands, some need coaching, not every church needs both.

Path one · If the system needs work

Installation

Cable runs, mounting, rack wiring, tidy terminations. I come from the trades, so the physical work gets done right, not just specced on paper and handed to whoever’s available.

  • Clean, labeled, documented wiring
  • Contained church installs with hand tools
  • Work you can maintain without me

Path two · If the team needs confidence

Volunteer Team Training

Workshops and coaching for the people who actually run your Sundays. I lead a volunteer Sight & Sound team every week, so the training aims at capability, not dependency.

  • Hands-on, on your own gear
  • Written quick-reference guides your team keeps
  • Bundles well with design or install work

Either path · Ongoing

Fractional Support

A monthly retainer for the church that doesn’t need a full-time tech hire but wants someone in their corner: remote troubleshooting when something breaks on a Saturday night, periodic check-ins, and a person who already knows your system.

  • On-call remote troubleshooting
  • Periodic on-site check-ins
  • Priority scheduling for bigger work

Whichever path fits, it starts the same way

Step one is the free audit.

One visit, a written prioritized report, and a clear picture of which path your church actually needs. No cost, no obligation.
